Dirty, Grimy, Dingy. If it were cleaned and updated it would make a nice dog kennel.
Old food and an unbelievable amount of dust under the beds. Air conditioner plugged with dust. Electrical outlet has 6-8 cords plugged into it. Mold and/or crud growing in the bath tub amongst the leftover hairs from the previous lodger. Chairs are broken down with no support. You can hear people talking in the next room.
